Tour Booking

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the availability of our vintage cars over time, as they require a huge effort in maintenance. We need to re-schedule our tours often due to technical maintenance. Selecting a specific car, brand or model is not available.

    Yes, reservations are only taken in advance. Please do allow us at least five working days to confirm your reservation, as we need to make sure our cars, drivers and guides are available.

    Our classic cars hold maximum five passengers. Three passengers is the most comfortable (one in the front seat, and two in the back), four is also an option (three passengers sharing the back seat). Five is an absolute maximum, and only advisable if you are taking children.

    Do take into account that an optional private guide also takes up one seat (only if you require guidance in another language than English or Spanish).

    Our drivers are both Spanish and English speaking and are Cuban. They will be your guide in these languages.

    If you require guidance in another language, please send us a mail using the contact form mentioning both the tour, date and language you want to book, and we will confirm availability of a guide that will join your tour as soon as possible. After confirmation of the availability you can proceed booking your tour.

    Please do understand:

    • we need your reservation at least one week upfront, to make sure we can book the guide in your language
    • the guide is an extra person that will be sitting in the car, occupying one of the available seats.

    We do not charge extra for the guide !

    Taking a Tour

    Your driver will pick you up at the lobby of your hotel, or the place mentioned during your booking at the hour set. Please be present at this place and on time.

    If you cannot meet your driver, or something has changed, you can always contact your driver on the local Cuban telephone number that is printed on the order confirmation that is emailed after your booking is confirmed and paid.

    In case we need to contact you at the last minute, we will do so using the phone number entered during the booking. He can either call, text or Whatsapp using this number.

    If our driver cannot find and contact you, he will wait at the location 30 minutes.
